Custom or made-to-measure corsets will take 21-28 business days. As soon as your order is placed you will receive an email with your order confirmation and a quote about the shipping date. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, please contact us for details. International transit time approx. Europe 3-4 day, USA&Canada 7-10 days, AustralAsia 10-14 days. ^ top Returns Important, please read carefully. All made to order and made to measure items are not refundable, so please order with care. However, we offer minor alteration at no extra charge. All handling and shipping costs are at your expense. We are happy to discuss your requirements and assist your choice. All returns must be authorized. We will happily exchange all items that are faulty in any way. If you have bought a ready made garment and you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or store credit, less any shipping, handling and gift wrapping charges, postmarked within 4 days of receiving your order (see exceptions below). Original shipping is not refundable. Exceptions: Exchanges and store credits will not be issued on the following: 1) Custom made merchandise that has been designed to customer sizing and/or fabric specifications; or garments that are customized in any way, via fabric and trim options Note: On custom orders, we cannot be held responsible for inaccurate measurements submitted by the customer. Therefore please measure carefully. 2) Garments that we deem to have been subjected to abnormal abuse or stress, or altered by the customer in any way. In order for an exchange or store credit to take place, returned items must be in their original packaging , in unworn, brand new condition with tags attached.  Please wear a thin camisole or shirt when trying on your corset to avoid marking. Our liability under this warranty will be limited to the replacement, free repair or issue of credit against goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not been caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods. ^top Cancellations and Changes If you need to Cancel or make a Change to your order, please notify us within24 hours of placing the order. We will be happy to accommodate a change or cancellation within that time frame. Any cancellations after 24 hrs. will incur a 20% restocking fee and a store credit of the balance. *Exception: Custom items and made-to-measure corsets can be cancelled 24 hrs after you have received the order confirmation. We reserve the right not to credit any goods sent to us without authorization, or where the goods have been altered. Unauthorized goods will be disposed of after thirty days if payment is not received for return shipment. All descriptions of goods in any catalogue, including this website, or other publication produced by us, are provided for general guidance only, and do not form part of any contract. We accept no liability for errors or omissions in such documents and are not liable for any damage, loss-of-business or personal injury that may result from your reliance on such descriptions or illustrations. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or delay delivery of an order without being liable for any loss or damage if the supply of the goods is prevented or delayed for reasons of war (whether declared or not) civil strife, riots, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, labor disputes, accidents or any other circumstances beyond our control. ^top FORMS OF PAYMENT WE ACCEPT FOR EUROLand ORDERS Customers in EUROLand can use bank wire transfer to our IBAN / BIC bank account You can also use Credit Cards or PAYPAL as listed below. FORMS OF PAYMENT WE ACCEPT FOR OVERSEAS INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Credit Cards We accept Visa, MasterCard cards.  Note: Industry standard practices are followed. Your credit card is not charged until the day we ship your order. However, the payment total and billing address are verified as soon as your order is received. *Exception: Custom orders or corsets which are "made to order" , require payment up front and are billed 48 hrs. after we sent the order confirmation. PAYPAL If you would prefer to make a payment via Paypal, email us the information about your PAYPAL account after you have placed your Online order, and we can send you an invoice through Paypal.
